Incredible location and service, we really loved our stay in the hotel. Booked table at Square 1682, it's their onsite restaurant. Nothing to complain about, we would love to come back when in Philadelphia...

Stylish hotel with a sense of humor and superb staff. Footsteps from a taxi stand made getting around town easy, although we also walked to many sights. Loved the Klimpton perks, including the happy hour and the fruity tea and soft pretzel when we arrived. Upstairs is an AIA library, which we wanted to visit but didn't have time. The room was also very quiet for being in the heart of the city.
The room decor was very nice but the condition was a little shabby in spots, and the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.

Excellent customer service including a free room upgrade and a drink upon arrival. Beautiful rooms and a central location.

Location, service, and cleanliness
Overpriced, in-room food was terrible, WiFi was only free with rewards reservation, shower water pressure was weak, Way too much money for what you got.

the staff was very attentive. (all the staff from the curbside bellman to the housekeeping staff and everyone in between) they really seemed to want to make your stay the best it could be
I felt it was noisy. It did not seem to have good sound proofing. We could hear our neighbors talking and their music playing. we could hear people knock on their door and their phone ring.

Fantastic experience at the Kimpton Palomar Philadelphia. In particular, Melissa is amazing! She went above & beyond to provide me with excellent service and always had a warm & friendly smile. Melissa, thank you!
23rd floor was noisy because of a wedding on Saturday night, but they quieted down at midnight as promised.

The hotel was spotless, the staff were very friendly, the location was great and the bed was comfortable.
The a/c didn't seem very responsive. Got hot during the night and felt stuffy when the unit wasn't running.

luxurious decor, staff professional, location, elegant contemporary ambience, extra touches such as qtips in bathroom, free wifi
would like to see a broader selection on the menu for dinner - some a bit too gourmet (although loved the salad that I got & the espresso martinis were fantastic)

Staying at Hotel Palomar Philadelphia met all my travel needs and more. It was beautifully designed, strategically located, super comfortable and exceptionally serviced. For a demanding traveler like myself I would consider staying at Kimpton Hotels before I look anywhere else, especially when traveling as a couple.

Though we don't have a dog we loved meeting the dogs. Your staff was extremely helpful. How do you make that wonderful popcorn?
